McKinney Home Pros operates as a referral service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed contractors. We do not perform any contracting, construction, repair, or home improvement work ourselves.

Contractor Independence

All contractors referred through our platform are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or subcontractors of McKinney Home Pros. We do not guarantee, warrant, or assume responsibility for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by a referred contractor.

No Warranties

Our matching service is provided "as is." While we vet contractors for licensing and insurance, we make no guarantees regarding the performance, workmanship, or business practices of any contractor in our network.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating any contractor we match you with, reviewing their quote, verifying their credentials, and entering into any service agreement directly with the contractor. We recommend getting written estimates and verifying insurance before work begins.

Pricing

Our matching service is free for homeowners. All pricing for actual services is determined by the independent contractor and is not set, controlled, or guaranteed by McKinney Home Pros.

Limitation of Liability

McKinney Home Pros shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our referral service, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from work performed by a referred contractor.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
